We are located on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Chef Joseph Martinez has been a private chef for fifteen years, based on the island of Kauai for most of those years. Zoe Franchini is the pasty chef and sous chef. Not only are they an efficient, creative and inspiring team. As a couple they bring a strong element of love and appreciation into the food and cuisine they create.
Our food focus is to bring you unique flavor combinations all based in health. We use organic ingredients and source locally whenever possible.

I believe cooking begins with intentionally placing my heart in the correct posture, allowing myself the freedom to genuinely create food that reflects my three primary principles. One, source every component and ingredient with integrity. Two, to develop cuisine that creates balance, and heals the body naturally…and, most importantly, three. To cook with passion and LOVE, allowing it to transmit beyond the creation as a reflection of myself.
